These are the only terms and conditions of sale upon which we agree to contract with you and no alteration of these terms and conditions of sale shall be valid unless previously agreed in writing.
Due to variations in lighting conditions at the time of photography and/or settings on your computer , there may be differences between the colour of any products that you receive and
how thay may appear on line.
We will always try and ensure that the colour depicted in any images on the site reflect the actual colour as closely as possible but we recommend that the colours depicted be used as a guide .
The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order form. Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 1 to 5 working days of your order being accepted depending on your chosen delivery method, unless otherwise notified to you by us. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. If we fail to despatch any ordered goods within 30 days of accepting your order (or, in the case of special orders, any longer period that we may have notified to you), we shall refund in full your payment (or cancel the equivalent liability on a credit account) in respect of such goods. Ordered goods may also be made available for collection at our premises if we agree this with you.
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you in confirmation. We will refund the cost of goods without shipping or if the goods are still required, will ask for an additional shipping fee to make a second delivery.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

. We accept all types of Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Electron, Maestro, Solo cards. We also accept Postal Orders for payment though goods will only be despatched upon their clearance.
. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling with VAT added where applicable.
. Postage and Packaging costs are not included.
. The Part Shop is also not liable for any proven non-delivery unless you report it within reasonable time of the date when the goods should have arrived.
. Saturdays are not classified as normal working days – therefore Saturday deliveries will incur a heavy surcharge to our normal rates.
. Delivery charges quoted may change without notification due to changes in postage, parcel or fuel prices.
. We only refund goods if we are informed within a reasonable time of delivery.
. Items can only be exchanged for a larger or smaller size of the same style or colour as was originally ordered. We do not credit one item for the purchase of a completely different item.
. We do not exchange any product that has been specially customised for you, or if it appears to have been worn.
. All transactions must be made within a reasonable time.
